The official media for the anime adaptation of the light novel ‘Classroom of the Elite‘ (Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e) has provided fans with new updates on the long-awaited third season of this series. Fortunately, the long-awaited premiere date of ‘Classroom of the Elite 3rd Season‘ has been revealed: January 3, 2024.

Just like the previous seasons, this new installment of the TV anime “Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e” will be legally streamed on the Crunchyroll platform under the title “Classroom of the Elite 3rd Season“.
Animation studio Lerche will once again be in charge of the production and here are the people who will be involved in the production of the series: Seiji Kishi and Hiroyuki Hashimoto will take on lead director roles in the highly anticipated third season of the series. Yoshihito Nishoji will serve as director, while Hayato Kazano will be in charge of script supervision. In addition, Kazuaki Morita will be in charge of character design for this exciting third season of the anime.

July 12, 2017 marked the premiere of the anime adaptation of the light novel “Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e“, which consisted of 2 seasons, totaling 25 episodes. The series was produced by the animation studio Lerche, under the direction of Seiji Kishi. Under the title “Classroom of the Elite“, the series is legally available on the Crunchyroll platform and has an English dub.
“Classroom of the Elite” introduces us to the prestigious Koudo Ikusei Senior High School, an institution where students enjoy unparalleled freedom and boasts a privileged position in Japan. However, the reality is far from idealized, as only the elite classes, ranked from A to D according to their performance, receive preferential treatment.
Kiyotaka Ayanokouji, a Class D student, whose placement is reserved for those with less outstanding grades, is the protagonist of this story. In this setting, she crosses paths with Suzune Horikita, a reserved classmate who believes her assignment to Class D was a mistake and aspires to move up to Class A, and Kikyou Kushida, a popular and friendly classmate who appears to be friendly, but has her own goals.
Although class membership is permanent, classifications are not. Students in lower classes can move up if they manage to outperform in grades those in higher classes. Moreover, in Class D, there are no limitations on the methods that can be employed to excel. In this unforgiving school environment, will students succeed in excelling and rising to the top?
