Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel is celebrating, because Konami’s digital PC card game has currently reached 57.3 million total downloads across all platforms it is available on. If you were wondering why that particular figure, it’s because it’s taken from the number 573, which in Japanese translated means Konami!
Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel celebrates this special event with great rewards
To commemorate the anniversary, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel will be giving away up to 1,000 gems through a login campaign, along with a free profile icon! To redeem them, simply log into the game for five consecutive days only between August 10 and October 10.
During the event period, a Secret Pack will also be available for purchase for a limited time containing the UR “I:P Masked” card with a new exclusive alternate artwork. The first run of the pack will also be free, so you can’t miss it!
In addition to the above, a new limited-time Selection Pack will be available from August 10 to October 10, consisting mainly of Chaos, Dracoslayer, Sky Striker, and Vaylantz cards, so veterans will not be excluded in the celebration.
The celebration update also introduces the long-awaited new Kashtira archetype. The archetype has seen numerous victories in high-level competitive tournaments both in Japan and around the world, and now it’s time for the deck to come to Master Duel for the first time! Do you dare to master it and advance in the rankings?
But that’s not all, new packs have been added when it comes to getting new cards and new decks to choose from.Archetypes such as “Adventurer Token” or “Magikey” finally have their own selection packs so that you can get these cards and compete.
