Yofukashi no Uta surprises by unveiling cover of final volume

As some of you may know, the shonen manga “Yofukashi no Uta” (Call of the Night) came to an end last January of this year. At that time, the publisher Shogakukan confirmed that the work would be collected in 20 volumes. Several weeks have passed since that confirmation and the publisher Shogakukan has revealed new updates about the final compilation volume of the Yofukashi no Uta manga, including its incredible official cover.

In the official media of the renowned Japanese publisher “Shogakukan“, the official cover of the compilation volume #20 and final volume of the manga Yofukashi no Uta has been presented to the public. This volume is scheduled to be released in Japanese bookstores on March 18 of this year and will contain a total of 200 pages. One detail worth noting is that the cover illustration will feature the story’s captivating female protagonist, Nazuna Nanakusa.

Yofukashi no Uta, also known as Call of the Night in the West, is a manga that spans the genres of romantic comedy and supernatural that is written and illustrated by Kotoyama. The work began its publication in Japan in August 2019 in Shogakukan’s Shonen Sunday Comics magazine and culminated its serialization on January 24 of this year. According to the information provided by Shogakukan Publishing House, Yofukashi no Uta will be collected in 119 volumes in total.

Thanks to the good reception of the public, Kotoyama’s manga had a respective anime adaptation that began its broadcasting on Japanese television last July 7, 2022. The anime was produced by the animation studio Liden Films and consisted of a total of 13 episodes. You can enjoy the series on the Netflix platform.

Yofukashi no Uta” is a fascinating story that follows the life of Kou Yamori, who is apparently an ordinary high school student, but who has a friendly, optimistic and charismatic personality, in addition to being an outstanding student. However, behind his facade of friendliness and good academic performance hides a secret that consumes him: his insomnia.
