The anime adaptation of the romantic comedy manga Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi (Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days) has revealed new updates to the public. One of these updates is about the format of the anime Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi, which is confirmed to be a TV series, scheduled to premiere in Japan in October 2025.
Additionally, the official website of the anime Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi presented the first visual image of the series, which stars the characters Tsuyoshi Yano and Kiyoko Yoshida.
However, that’s not all, as the official website of the anime Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi announced the first members of the voice cast that will participate in the series, as well as their respective production team. Voice actor Kouhei Amasaki will voice Tsuyoshi Yano, while voice actress Yuka Nukui will play Kiyoko Yoshida.
The production team for the anime Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi is as follows: Shinpei Matsuo is in charge of directing the anime. Ajia-do Animation Studio is in charge of the production of the anime. Deko Akao is in charge of writing the scripts for the anime. Toshihisa Kaiya is in charge of the anime’s character design. Hideakira Kimura is in charge of composing the anime’s soundtrack.
Information about Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi:
Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi, also known as Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days in the West, is a romantic comedy manga that is written and illustrated by Yui Tamura. This manga began to be published in Japanese publisher Kodansha’s Comic Days service since June 2021. Currently, Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi has 9 compilation volumes published in total, although the publisher Kodansha will release its tenth volume on March 12 this year.
The manga Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi has the following description:
Kiyoko Yoshida, always reliable and kind-hearted, is appointed president of class 2-1. On the first day of class, a boy named Yano Tsuyoshi arrives late, covered in injuries. Because of his caring nature and because Yano is sitting next to her, Kiyoko can’t help but worry about him and how he got those wounds. One day, after cautiously following him home, she learns the truth: he is very clumsy.
Kiyoko soon finds herself constantly worrying about Yano, both at school and at home, not realizing that she is falling in love with him. Armed with a first aid kit, Kiyoko takes it upon herself to treat Yano’s wounds as their romance begins to blossom.
