Nino Nakano is a charming tsundere from the romantic comedy “The Quintessential Quintuplets” (Go-Toubun no Hanayome). She has won the hearts of many anime fans with her complex but captivating personality. To honor this adorable waifu, Sega Prize has released a new scale figure that not only captures her charm, but also highlights her youthful beauty and her unmistakable tsundere character.
This carefully detailed figure depicts Nino Nakano from The Quintessential Quintuplets sitting gracefully on a peculiarly designed armchair. Her slender legs bent, and her relaxed posture, make her radiate an air of sophistication and youth. Her determined gaze and that pinch of flirtation in her pose perfectly capture the essence of her tsundere personality: seemingly tough and uninterested, but actually genuine and affectionate.
In addition, in other images you can see how the ribbons in her hair change color to harmonize with her white dress, a detail that adds an angelic touch to the figure. This contrast between her outfit and her hair enhances even more the youthful beauty of Nino from “The Quintessential Quintuplets” and her tsundere nature. Her right hand placed delicately on her head and the other resting on one of her legs add an extra touch of flirtation and confidence, two very characteristic attributes of Nino.
The figure, designed at a scale of 14 centimeters, will be available in Japan’s arcades from the second week of May. This piece is a celebration of the beloved Nino Nakano and a testament to her popularity in the anime community.
Synopsis of The Quintessential Quintuplets:
In “The Quintessential Quintuplets”, Fuutarou Uesugi is an outstanding high school student who faces a life full of challenges. His reserved and lonely personality has left him without friends and his family is dealing with financial problems due to the debt his father has left. One day, during his lunch hour, he finds himself in an argument with a transfer student who has taken his seat, which creates a mutual dislike between them.
However, he is presented with a unique opportunity to work as a private tutor for the daughter of a wealthy family, which would allow him to pay off his family’s debt. But he is surprised to discover that the student is actually the same girl he argued with, Itsuki Nakano.
Despite his attempts to get along with Itsuki, Uesugi soon discovers that his job as a private tutor is more complicated than he had thought. He discovers that Itsuki is one of the quintuplets and he must tutor all of them, including Miku, Yotsuba, Nino and Ichika. The sisters are not interested in studying and do not want to have anything to do with a tutor. But Uesugi goes ahead with his job, determined to help the sisters overcome their academic problems and please them, because his family’s livelihood depends on his success.
