In anticipation of the release of the movie Puella Magi Madoka Magica -Walpurgisnacht Rising- (Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica Movie 4: Walpurgis no Kaiten), the official media of the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica has presented a promotional video for the new movie of the franchise. This trailer, titled as “SIDE Homura”, presents us with new approaches to this movie so awaited by fans and shows us more scenes of the character Homura.

Originally, the movie Puella Magi Madoka Magica -Walpurgisnacht Rising- was scheduled to be released in theaters in Japan during this year’s winter season. However, the film suffered a delay in its release and in August it was announced that the movie will be released in the winter season of 2025.
It is worth noting that the Puella Magi Madoka Magica -Walpurgisnacht Rising- movie will feature the return of animation studio SHAFT for its production. But that’s not all; renowned director Yukihiro Miyamoto, character designer Junichirou Taniguchi, composer Yuki Kajiura and screenwriter Gen Urobuchi will also return to resume the roles they played in the original series.

“Puella Magi Madoka Magica” is an anime that explores the dark and complex world of magical girls through the lives of Madoka Kaname and Sayaka Miki, two seemingly normal high school students.
