After a successful first season, the adaptation of the popular video game “The Last Of Us” managed to get a second part, although without a date to be confirmed and only knowing that it will be released sometime in 2025, the “live-action”, surprised all fans. And in the last few hours a new official teaser was presented in which we were presented not only the second season, but a lot of content that will adapt the second installment of the game and promises to continue with the same quality seen in the first season.
The Last Of Us: Season 2 debuts new trailer
The trailer for the work of Naughty Dog, also responsible for Uncharted and Crash Bandicoot, is full not only of references to the first part of the game, but also to the second part of the video game. Through its YouTube channel, the MAX account published last September 26, just a couple of days after an exciting State Of Play, the first trailer for the second season of The Last Of Us. It shows a similar intensity to the first and the same cast of the first season, with many references to the second part of the video game and promises to live up to what is expected.
As for the fans, they had mixed feelings when they saw the preview, since most of the references found around are from the second part of the game and many believe that they are made with a quality that surprises. That’s why we can find messages like: “The best series ever” “The setting is a copy of the game” “I’m not ready to see this second season” “Ready to do courage from chapter 1”.
Finally, the second season of The Last Of Us has released a tentative release date in conjunction with the trailer, the date shown at the end is 2025.
The Last Of Us is an original series of the streaming service HBO|MAX, officially launched in mid-January of last 2023, is a series based on the video game from Sony local studios Naughty Dog: “The Last Of Us” from 2013. The game was originally released for the PS3 console and had a remastering for the PS4 and another for PlayStation 5, being that in recent years, TLOU had a sequel in 2020: “The Last Of us II”. After 10 years of the official release of the first game, the live-action series would be launched.
