But the story takes an unexpected turn when Minoru awakens in a completely different world as Cid, the second son of the noble Kagenou family. Here, magic is an everyday reality and his desire for power materializes. Adopting the name “Shadow,” Cid founds Shadow Garden, a group destined to take on the mysterious Cult of Diablos, an organization that, to Cid’s surprise, turns out to be more real than he imagined.
