The premiere of “The Amazing Digital Circus“, a web series created by Gooseworx and produced by Glitch Productions, has given a lot to talk about in different social networks over the last few months.
The viralization of this series is not only due to its curious but animated animation style, but also to one of its central characters, known as “Pomni“, which has attracted a lot of public attention. As soon as the character was introduced, content of this waifu quickly began to be created and viralized, a fact that even the series itself has made reference to in short shorts.
Digital Circus’ Pomni goes viral for a curious reason
On a new occasion, Pomni has become a trend in social networks, although this time not for reasons about some multimedia content that was created by the community of internet artists, but for a curious scene that has shown her with a “huge trauma” for certain events that have occurred in the new episode of the series “The Amazing Digital Circus“.
This approach Pomni and Gummigoo aroused the interest of the community, as they were more than delighted with the chemistry between the two characters. However, at the end of this episode, the chemistry between the two characters is ruined by Caine’s action. In order to prevent the NPCs from interacting with the main characters, he decides to eliminate Gummigoo, which gives us the following scene that provoked people’s hatred towards Caine.

In addition, its first episode received a nomination for the Annie Awards, although it did not manage to win the category.

As she explores this world, our protagonist assumes the role of a jester and meets five other people in the same situation, all unable to remember their names and details of their pasts. But this is not the end of the adventure: the ringleader of the circus, an artificial intelligence named Caine, controls this digital world and offers them exciting adventures to prevent them from falling into madness.
Under Caine’s direction, our group of six struggles to maintain their sanity in an unnatural and claustrophobic digital environment. Meanwhile, our protagonist, now known as “Pomni,” embarks on a desperate quest to find a way out of a virtual labyrinth where every step is a challenge.
