After thrilling fans with the announcement of its second season, the respective official media for the anime adaptation of the romantic comedy and harem manga “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You” (Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaidaidaisuki Na 100-nin No Kanojo) have revealed to the public the official cover art for its sixth and final compilation volume in Blu-Ray format.
The cover illustration for the final Blu-Ray volume of The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love You anime will feature the lovely Hahari Hanazono, the mother of female protagonist Hakari Hanazono and sixth girlfriend of protagonist Rentarou Aijou and like the previous covers, the illustration was created by Ayane Kano, the anime series’ character designer.

According to information presented on the official website of the anime The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You, the latest Blu-Ray volume of the series is scheduled to be released for sale in Japan on July 28th of this year and will contain episodes 11 and 12.
Additionally, it was confirmed that this volume will be available at a price of 7,700 yen, although unlike the other Blu-Ray volumes, this package will only feature the benefits of an original art book, a visual image of Hahari Hanazono, Audio Drama #6 to be performed by Sumire Uesaka (voice of Hahari) and Wataru Katou (voice of Rentarou), among other special benefits.
cThe people involved in the production of the series are as follows: Direction was handled by Hikaru Sato, who previously worked on the anime “Dropkick on My Devil!“. Takashi Aoshima, known for his contribution to the anime “Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!“, was in charge of the series’ composition, while Ayane Kano, known for her work on the anime “Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki“, was in charge of character design. The music will be a collaboration between Shuhei Mutsuki, Shunsuke Takizawa and eba, composing for the Lantis record label.

The anime adaptation of the manga “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You” (Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo) began broadcasting on Japanese television on October 8, 2023 and consisted of a total of 12 episodes. The animation studio Bibury Animation Studio, recognized for its work in the second season of the anime Go-Toubun no Hanayome (The Quintessential Quintuplets), was in charge of the production of the series and it was legally and simultaneously broadcast in America through the Crunchyroll platform.
At the end of the broadcast of its last episode, the production committee of the anime “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You” announced the production of a second season. Months later, it was confirmed that this new installment is scheduled to premiere in the course of January 2025. Further updates on the second season of the series will be announced in the future.
