In the official media for the anime adaptation of the light novel “Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken” (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime), a new promotional video for the third season of the series was presented to the public. This new promotional video aims to increase the enthusiasm of fans of the franchise for the upcoming premiere of the new installment of the anime. In addition to the preview shown, a preview of its respective opening theme was also presented.
Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken Season 3 raises fans’ hype in new trailer
It is worth noting that the opening theme song of the third season of the anime “Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken” will be performed by the group “STEREO DIVE FOUNDATION” and will be titled “PEACEKEEPER“.
However, that’s not all, since the official website of the anime adaptation of the light novel “Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken” confirmed that next March 30 will be released episode 48.5, which will be a summary of the “Banquet of the Demon Lords” (Walpurgis) that will include comments from Diablo and Veldora. This new installment of the series is scheduled to premiere in Japan on April 5 of this year and will be aired for two continuous courses/cour.
Previously, the official media of the series has introduced the group of people who will participate in the production of the third installment of the anime Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken. Those selected were the following: Atsushi Nakayama will be in charge of directing the anime. The responsibility of carrying out the production of this season falls to the 8-Bit animation studio. Toshizo Nemoto will play the role of script supervisor for the third season, while Ryouma Ebata will be in charge of character design.
But that’s not all, as the official website of the anime series “Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken” introduced the new members of the voice cast that will participate in the anime.

Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken, also known as That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime in the West, is a light novel written by Fuse and illustrated by Mitz Vah. The work began publication under Micro Magazine’s GC Novels imprint since May 2014.
The work has a manga adaptation by Taiki Kawakami. It began its publication in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine in March 2015. Some time ago, it was reported that the literary franchise managed to surpass 30 million copies in circulation.
On October 1, 2018, the light novel “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” released its anime adaptation. This adaptation consisted of two seasons, totaling 48 episodes, accompanied by 5 OVAs and a movie. The series was produced by the animation studio 8-Bit, with the direction divided between Yasuhito Kikuchi for the first season and Atsushi Nakayama for the second.

“Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken” follows the extraordinary transformation of Satoru Mikami, a 37-year-old man who, after a fatal incident on the streets of Tokyo, finds himself reincarnated in a completely unknown world as a slime slime. Equipped with unique abilities, such as the ability to devour and absorb the characteristics of anything, Satoru, now known as Rimuru Tempest, ventures on a journey full of surprises and discoveries.
In this new realm, Rimuru encounters the powerful sealed dragon “Veldora”, who had been locked away for centuries.
