As some may recall, in the month of July 2023 KADOKAWA’s figure division, known as KDcolle, announced the production of a new scale figure that would be inspired by the beautiful Raphtalia, one of the most important characters of the multimedia franchise “Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari” (The Rising of the Shield Hero).
At that time, only a promotional image of this irresistible scale figure of Raphtalia had been presented to the public and it was specified that new updates would be released as the months went by. Well, it has been more than 8 months since this fascinating news was released and KADOKAWA has revealed important information about this product that has excited fans so much since its announcement.
In the respective official media of “KDcolle“, more information about this figure so attractive to the eye of the beholder has been presented and it was confirmed that this product will be released for sale in different stores in Japan in the course of March 2025. However, that’s not all, since new screenshots of this 1/7 scale figure were presented, which will show us with more details the physical attractiveness of Raphtalia.

It is worth noting that this attractive 1/7 scale figure takes inspiration from an illustration that was used for the creation of a Raphtalia dakimakura, so this will be the second official product that said version of Raphtalia has inspired. In it, we will be able to see this waifu in underwear, while her characteristic blouse shows a certain opening that allows us to see the character’s cleavage, a detail that adds a great appeal to this interesting product.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari (The Rising of the Shield Hero) is a light novel of action-adventure-drama genre, written by Aneko Yusagi and illustrated by Minami Seira. The work began publication under the MF Books imprint of Media Factory Publishing since August 2014. Currently, the light novel is still in publication.
The work has a manga adaptation, whose illustrator is Aiya Kyu. Publication of the manga began in February 2016 in the Monthly Comic Flapper magazine, belonging to the Media Factory publishing house. It should be noted that the literary franchise managed to exceed 11 million copies in circulation.
On January 9, 2019, the light novel Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari premiered its anime adaptation which was composed of 3 seasons (50 episodes in total). The animation studio Kinema Citrus was in charge of the production of the series under the direction of Takao Abo (1st season) and Masato Jinbo (2nd season). The series is available legally on the Crunchyroll platform under the title The Rising of the Shield Hero and has an English dub.
