During the special event held as part of its anniversary, it was officially confirmed that Frieren’s story will have a second season, although not much more information was revealed to fans.

Just a few hours ago, the renowned anime “Sousou no Frieren” (Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End), confirmed one of the most anticipated news for all fans since the conclusion of the first season of the anime adaptation a few months ago: Sousou no Frieren will have a second season. The announcement was made as part of the special anniversary event of the show, although very little extra information was given to fans, since no tentative premiere date was communicated, only that it will be a reality in the future.
And although it is not yet known when this second season of Sousou no Frieren will be released, what was confirmed is that Madhouse will again be in charge of the animation of the show, just like in the first season, so fans can rest assured that the quality of the show will not drop. Sousou no Frieren, is an anime that premiered in late 2023 and presents a captivating story that gives a twist to the classic adventures of heroes, since in this case we will find a group of adventurers who have already completed their adventure. And here we will meet Frieren, the elf mage of the group that because of her race ages much slower, so she sees how her companions are getting older, leaving behind what they were. But her journey continues and we will see how she continues with her life, but remembering her past, in this case accompanied by her new apprentice Fern in a beautiful new story.
