According to a report posted on the official X account of the light novel Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road (The Executioner and Her Way of Life), the work will end in the course of March 2025. In addition, Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road’s official media provided more details about the ending of the original light novel and noted that the final volumes, 10 and 11, will be published simultaneously. However, no further details were released about the exact release date of these volumes.
It should be noted that the ninth volume of the light novel Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road was the most recent to be released. This volume of Mato Satou and Nilitsu’s work was released in stores and bookstores in Japan on January 14 of this year.
The novel Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road will reach its end in March 2025.

Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road, also known as The Executioner and Her Way of Life, is an action-adventure light novel that is written by Mato Satou and illustrated by Nilitsu. The work began publication at SB Creative Publishing House’s GA Bunko imprint from July 2019.
The light novel also has a manga adaptation that is handled by Ryou Mitsuya. This version began publication in Square Enix publisher’s Young Gangan magazine from June 2020. In January 2021, publisher SB Creative announced the production of an anime adaptation for the light novel Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road.
The respective anime adaptation of the light novel Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road premiered in Japan on April 1, 2022. The series was produced by the animation studio J.C. Staff and consisted of a total of 12 episodes. The HIDIVE platform was in charge of broadcasting the anime in the West, under the title The Executioner and Her Way of Life.
The light novel Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road has the following description: Average student Mitsuki Mutou suddenly finds himself transported to another realm. Summoned by the king of this world for the extraordinary power he is supposed to possess, Mitsuki is expelled when it is discovered that he lacks a Special Concept. Discouraged, he encounters a priestess named Menou who explains that Japanese people like him are known as the Lost, and that these individuals never fail to have Special Concepts.
Menou explains that she is part of a church that helps abandoned Lost Ones integrate into society. She invites him to spend the night at her church, where the two can probe the nature of his ability. Eventually, they discover that Mitsuki’s Special Concept is incredibly powerful and dangerous.
But is Menou’s true goal to help the Lost, or the opposite?
