The anime series based on the romantic comedy manga Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi (The Children of Shiunji Family) has shared new information to the public. Through their respective official media, it was announced that the anime Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi will begin broadcasting on television in Japan on April 8 this year. This news was accompanied by a new promotional video, which presents the opening theme song of the series.
The opening theme song of the anime Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi will be performed by NACHERRY and will be titled “Honey Lemon”. Previously, it was reported that the closing theme will be titled “LIKE YOU o(>< = ><)o LOVE YOU?” and will be performed by the members of the Shiunji family: Banri (AV: Chika Anzai), Minami (AV: Hana Hishikawa), Ouka (AV: Rie Takahashi), Kotono (AV: Kana Ichinose) and Seiha (AV: Marika Kouno).
But that’s not all, as a new visual image has been shared on the series’ official media, which stars all the members of the Shiunji family. In addition, it was reported that voice actor Masaki Terasoma will play the character Kaname Shiunji.
The production team of the anime Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi is as follows: Ryouki Kamitsubo will direct the anime. The animation studio Doga Kobo (Plastic Memories, Oshi no Ko, Tokidoki Bosotto Russia-go de Dereru Tonari no Alya-san, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, among others) will be in charge of production.
Noboru Kimura will be in charge of writing and supervising the scripts. Miki Mutou will be responsible for character design and chief animation direction. Akki, Ginnojou Hoshi and Shota Horie are in charge of composing the anime’s soundtrack.
