Through its different networks, as well as its website, the developer Cygames announced that one of its best-known titles, Shadowverse, the popular free collectible card game that has a large number of fans, will receive a new title to be released in 2024, more precisely in summer, and that it will be called Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond and will bring a lot of new content for players to enjoy, being available from its launch on iOS and Android mobile devices, as well as on PC.
Cygames, in addition to the announcement of the title, revealed the different additions that this new game will have, one of the most important being the so-called “Super Evolution”, which will be activated during the game on the sixth turn of the second player onwards, where up to 2 remaining evolution points will be converted into super evolution points, giving in turn the possibility to use much more powerful super evolved abilities. In addition, other changes to the gameplay system will be made, such as the addition of the “Engage” button as one of the new skills.
It was also announced who will be the main characters of the title, where we have the beautiful “waifu” Dreizehn and the skilled Lovesign as the main faces of the game. In addition, there will be an explorable world in which to interact and that players will be able to live in the most personalized way possible thanks to having a completely customizable avatar. On the other hand, they did not leave aside the topic of the tournaments, since they also announced the different tournaments that will take place both in Japan and in western lands, ending with the announcement of The Shadowverse World Championship as the biggest event based on this title.
