Over the years, many anime series have been launched, being that not only the stories they tell us have managed to captivate millions of people, but also the characters that are part of these have become iconic and loved by many. And to bring them to life there are the seiyuus, voice actors and actresses that give them an identity, being that in the last few hours, a Twitter/X user shared his astonishment when he discovered the appearance of many famous seiyuus of titles such as Made in Abyss, HenNeko, Clannad among others, all with the same similarity: their age when the anime was released.

Through his Twitter account, the user called @Ui0518 surprised anime fans by making a publication which in this case had as protagonist several recognized seiyuus of this medium, such as: Miyu Tomita who gives life to Riko from Made in Abyss, Kikuko Inoue who is Sanae Furukawa in Clannad, Yui Ogura who represents Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi in HenNeko and Anna Nagase, the voice of Ushio Kofune in Summer Time Rendering. And the surprise came when the user commented the ages of all of them as soon as their anime premiered.
In this case, all the aforementioned seiyuus shared the same age, as they were all 17 years old when their respective anime premiered. It is with this fact that comments quickly began to flood the publication, where first those who were shocked by the young age at which all of them were part of such emblematic anime stood out. As well as others for the time that has passed since the premiere and how much older they look in the photos, except for Clannad.
But this also gave rise to many people commenting on similar cases that happened with other series, one of them was Ryunosuke Kamiki, recognized for being the voice of Tomoya Serizawa in the Suzume movie. On the other hand, in this case the recognition was given for the moment when he gave voice to Boh in Spirited Away, when he was still very young. And with the publication, many also realized the time that many of the most recognized seiyuus of this medium have.
In addition, something different happened to what was shown in the publication, because in addition to all these actors and actresses who have been working since they were very young, there was also the situation of all those who started working in the world of anime at an advanced age. And in this case the same face was repeated in the comments: Masako Nozawa, the seiyuu recognized, among others, for giving life to one of the most emblematic characters in history, we are referring to Son Goku, who was already at an advanced age when she gave her voice for the first time a few decades ago.
Finally, this publication shows us how many of the recognized voices of the anime world are not only working for a long time, but also several of them with very young ages, showing that in this medium age is not a limiting factor to be able to work. In addition, this showed how these younger seiyuus were evolving within the anime world, highlighting how some of them started with minor roles to become leading roles, so this publication managed to combine many aspects and achievements of several people who gave life to beloved characters.
