In a message posted on the anime’s official website, Subaru Natsuki’s seiyuu, Yuusuke Kobayashi, assured fans that this time they will not have to wait four years to see the continuation of the anime, this announcement has generated a wave of enthusiasm, especially considering the shocking events that marked the end of the third season.
Along with the announcement, a commemorative illustration, a first visual teaser and a teaser trailer for Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu were revealed, showing Subaru and Emilia in a windswept desert. In addition, it was confirmed that seiyuu Konomi Kohara will play Rui (Louis), a character introduced in episode 66 of the third season, this character played a key role in the recent events of the story, so fans are eager to see how he will be adapted in the new season.
