Reiji Miyajima’s popular romantic comedy manga, Rent-a-Girlfriend (Kanojo, Okarishimasu), has presented to the public the official cover of its 38th compilation volume. As in previous volume covers, the protagonist of the cover will be the captivating and beautiful Chizuru Mizuhara.
According to the information presented on the official website of the publisher Kodansha, this new volume of the manga Rent-a-Girlfriend will be released for sale in bookstores and stores in Japan on October 17 this year and will contain a total of 192 pages.

Kanojo, Okarishimasu, known as “Rent-a-Girlfriend” in the West, is a popular romantic comedy manga written and illustrated by Reiji Miyajima. The publisher Kodansha began publishing this work in its weekly magazine “Shuukan Shonen Magazine” in July 2017.
The manga is still in publication and Kodansha Publishing has compiled the work into 37 volumes for the time being and a few months ago it was confirmed that the work managed to surpass the incredible figure of 13 million copies in circulation. Due to the excellent reception by the public, the production of an anime adaptation for the manga was announced in 2020.
On July 10, 2020, the manga “Rent-a-Girlfriend” released its anime series adaptation, consisting of 3 seasons with a total of 36 episodes. The animation studio TMS Entertainment was in charge of the production of the anime under the direction of Kazuomi Koga. Another detail to highlight is that the series is legally available on the Crunchyroll platform and has a English dubbing.
On July 11 of this year, the anime adaptation of the Kanojo manga, Okarishimasu (Rent-a-Girlfriend) announced the production of a fourth season, which is scheduled to premiere in Japan during the year 2025.
