Re: Zero Season 3 surprises with the length of its first episode

New updates on the expected third season of the anime adaptation of the light novel “Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World” (Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu) has been provided to the public and after confirming its premiere for the month of October this year, the first episode of this new installment of the series has surprised the public and it was reported that it will have a duration of 90 minutes, a format that has become very common in recent times.

This news was announced in the official media of the Crunchyroll platform and through a series of announcements of what will be its next “Crunchyroll Anime Expo 2024“, it was confirmed that on July 5 there will be a world premiere of the first episode of the third season of the anime Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World, which will have a duration of 90 minutes.

Additionally, this event will feature Yusuke Kobayashi (voice of Natsuki Subaru) and Nobuhiko Okamoto (voice of Garfield Tinsel) as well as the participation of director Masahiro Shinohara, character designer Haruka Sagawa and Kadokawa product Sho Tanaka.

As previously mentioned, the highly anticipated third season of the television anime “Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World” is scheduled to begin airing in Japan sometime in October of this year. The renowned animation studio White Fox is in charge of its production and it will be legally simulcast through the Crunchyroll platform.

Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, known as Re: Zero and also as Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World in the West, is an isekai light novel that combines fantasy and suspense. This work is written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka and began publication in January 2014 under the MF Bunko J imprint of Media Factory Publishing House and continues to be published.

April 4, 2016 marked the premiere of the anime adaptation of Re: Zero, which consists of 2 seasons with a total of 50 episodes, including specials and 2 OVAs. The animation studio White Fox was responsible for the production of the series, under the direction of Masaharu Watanabe. The series is legally available on the Crunchyroll platform, where it also has an English dub.
