Re: Zero offers its waifus as a perk for its Blu-Ray/DVDs

In order to promote the upcoming release of the Blu-Ray/DVD volumes of its third season, the anime adaptation of the light novel Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World) has unveiled a special surprise and presented the benefits that will be included with the purchase/reservation of these packages.

These benefits will be some special products that will be given with the purchase of the Blu-Ray/DVD volumes at the selected specialised shop. These products will feature an illustration of the waifus from the anime Re: Zero, including Emilia, Priscilla Barielle, Anastasia Hoshin, Felt, Crusch Karsten, Liliana Masquerade, Beatrice and Mimi Pearlbaton. The third season of the anime Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu began broadcasting in Japan on 2 October this year. This new installment of the series will consist of a total of 16 episodes, which will be spread over 5 Blu-Ray/DVD volumes.

The production team of the anime Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu is composed of the following people: Masahiro Shinohara will be the director, while the animation studio WHITE FOX will be in charge of the production. Masahiro Yokotani will be in charge of composing, and Haruka Sagawa will be in charge of character design. Finally, Kenichiro Suehiro will be in charge of composing the soundtrack.

It is worth noting that the third season of the anime Re: Zero is legally simulcast in America on the Crunchyroll platform under the title Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World.

Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, known as Re: Zero and also as Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World in the West, is an isekai light novel that combines fantasy and suspense. This work is written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka and began publication in January 2014 at Media Factory’s MF Bunko J imprint and is still in serialisation.

April 4, 2016 marked the premiere of the anime adaptation of Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, which consists of 2 seasons with a total of 50 episodes, including specials and 2 OVAs and a third season currently airing.

The animation studio White Fox was responsible for the production of the series, under the direction of Masaharu Watanabe. Currently, the anime is available legally in America through the Crunchyroll platform, who made a English for the anime.
