The remake of Persona 3, titled Persona 3 Reload, is definitely one of the most anticipated JRPGs of the year and luckily it won’t be long before we get to try it out for ourselves, as it will be released this coming February 2. The best part is that Atlus has just revealed some of the downloadable packs for this remake, which will be full of references to the other popular titles of this saga.
Dress up the characters of Persona 3 Reload with outfits from the other installments of the series!
Atlus has just revealed the Persona 3 Reload DLCs that will be available from launch. The first one is a tribute to Persona 4 Golden, where all SEES members will be able to wear the uniforms of Yasogami High School. Makoto Yuki even looks a lot like the great Yu Narukami! Then there’s the Persona 5 Royal tribute pack where SEES members wear the uniforms of the Shujin High School that appeared in that title. Truth be told, all of the Persona 3 characters look amazing in these outfits.
But the most interesting costume pack in Persona 3 Reload is the one that will let you dress SEES members in the outfits that the Phantom Thieves wear inside the Metaverse: Makoto Yuki dresses up as Joker, Yukari Takeba as Ann Takamaki, Junpei Iori as Ryuji Sakamoto, Akihiro Sanada as Goro Akechi, Mitsuru Kirijo as Makoto Nijima, Fuuka Yamagishi as Futaba Sakura, Aigis as Haru Okumura, Ken Amada as Yusuke Kitagawa and Shinjiro Aragaki as Black Mask. But the best part is that you’ll be able to dress up the team dog, Koromaru, as Morgana, the Phantom Thieves’ cat companion. These outfits look amazing on SEES members and we can’t wait to use them in combat.
But that’s not all, because you will also be able to purchase different downloadable packs of Persona 3 Reload that will come with Personas from the other games. The first one will grant you access to all the Personas of the main characters of Persona 5 Royal, and you will be able to use Arsene, Carmen, Zorro, etc. The second DLC will give you access to the secondary Personas of the same game, such as Hekate, Loki or Satanael. Finally, the third DLC will give you access to three Personas from Persona 4 Golden: Izanagi, Magatsu–Izanagi and Kaguya. Having all of the saga’s most iconic Personas in a single video game will be something epic that no fan will want to miss.
Finally, you will also be able to listen to the classic soundtrack of Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal in battle. It includes 5 songs: “Last Surprise,” “Take Over,” “Rivers In the Desert,” and “Throw Away Your Mask.”, and will even have a shuffle option for when you can’t decide which of these songs to listen to in the middle of Persona 3 Reload combat.
All of these DLCs will be available in Persona 3 Reload from its first day, and the prices are as follows: The 3 attire packs from previous games will be $2.99, the P4G Persona pack will be $3.99, the two P5R Persona packs will be $5.99, and the P5R music pack will be $3.99. In total, all the DLCs will have a cumulative cost of almost $30, which is a lot of money for purely aesthetic additions. However, we can’t deny that they look good, especially for those passionate fans of this franchise.
