Sword Art Online is a huge franchise in the anime and video game world, with more than 15 titles available on different platforms. BANDAI NAMCO and ASOBIMO teamed up to create a PC version of the mobile game Sword Art Online: Integral Factor.

Sword Art Online: Integral Factor was originally a mobile game for Android & iOS, officially released on December 2, 2017, in Japan and globally on March 28, 2018.
It is an RPG game where players fight using various types of weapons, such as sword, rapier, dagger, mace, bow, axe, and spear. They also have access to powerful special attacks called Sword Skills that can be activated after their cooldown period ends.
Players can equip up to four sword skills and perform them with other players in quick succession, which is known as Switch. Players can also equip extra stats for themselves by using skills or widely known as passive skills.
Skills are classified by rarity based on their number of stars and can be obtained by buying orders in the shop or as rewards from quests or special events. Players can also equip potions in their potion slots to heal themselves during battle. Users can equip up to 4 different potions at once.
The gameplay is similar to the SAO games that are on different PS consoles and PC.
As the new protagonist, the story tells us the events of AINCRAD, and we will have the task of surviving different threats and meeting various familiar characters from the franchise and trying to connect with the original story of Sword Art Online from your own point of view.
You will have to cooperate with the assault teams from all over the place and fight together to defeat the powerful monsters and difficult missions. Forge stronger weapons, use skills with all kinds of effects, and prepare for the weaknesses and attack patterns of each enemy are key to your success.
The curious thing about these protagonists is that if you choose the male protagonist he does not have a special name, nor a voice, unlike his female counterpart whom we officially know as “koharu” and her voice is lent by the seiyu “Ari Ozawa“.
Like its mobile version, we hope that this SAO title will also arrive at PC for free, although for now Bandai Namco did not give an exact date for the launch.

Synopsis of Sword Art Online:
In 2022, the massively multiplayer online role-playing virtual reality game (VRMMORPG) Sword Art Online (SAO).
