One thing to note is that the Otonari no Tenshi-sama franchise will have a special panel, which will feature voice actresses Manaka Iwami (voice of Mahiru Shiina) and Haruka Shiraishi (voice of Chitose Shirakawa). In addition, the GA FES 2025 event is scheduled to be held on January 4 this year.

Otonari no Tenshi-sama ni Itsunomanika Dame Ningen ni Sareteita Ken, also known as The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten in the West, is a romantic comedy light novel written by Saekisan and illustrated by Hanekoto. It began publication under the GA Bunko imprint of SB Creative publishing house since June 2019. The light novel is still in publication and has 10 volumes published in total.
The work has a manga adaptation which is handled by Wan Shibata and Suzu Yuuki. The manga was first published in Square Enix’s Manga UP! service in January 2022. Thanks to the good reception from the public, the light novel received its anime adaptation.
The anime adaptation of the light novel Otonari no Tenshi-sama ni Itsunomanika Dame Ningen ni Sareteita Ken made its debut in Japan on January 7 this year, consisting of a total of 12 episodes. In addition, the animation studio Project No.9 was in charge of its production and the series was legally simulcast in America through the Crunchyroll platform.
The anime Otonari no Tenshi-sama ni Itsunomanika Dame Ningen ni Sareteita Ken has the following description: Mahiru Shiina lives up to her nickname “Angel”: she is a divine beauty loved by all, and excels in both academics and athletics. Shiina lives in a totally different world from Amane Fujimiya, her next-door neighbor. Despite living so close to each other, they have never spoken to each other. But their silence is broken when Fujimiya sees Shiina gloomily sitting on a swing in the middle of a heavy rainstorm and lends her his umbrella.
When Fujimiya catches a cold the next day, Shiina wants to return the favor of the umbrella by healing him. Believing that this would be their first and last interaction, he silently thanks her for her kindness. However, Shiina, who can’t help but worry about Fujimiya’s lack of cleanliness and nutrition, begins to cook and clean for him. As the unlikely pair spends time together in Fujimiya’s apartment, they explore the true nature of their relationship and the gentle emotions that arise from it.
