The topic of voice actresses in Japan, originally called seiyuus, is something that ignites the passions of the Otakus, because who wouldn’t want to know more about the actors and actresses who bring their favorite characters and waifus to life, but the Japanese tend to take this topic and their fanaticism a bit too far, as our readers will know here we have presented very bizarre, crude and cringe-worthy stories that more than once involve the geeky Japanese.
Otakus debate about Yuina seiyuu’s breasts!
This time it was the turn of voice actress Yuina who plays Wien Margarete in the anime Love Live! Superstars!!, as recently part of the voice cast of the series was on tour in China, more precisely in Shanghai at a promotional event for the group “Liella” from the anime, an opportunity that the actress had to post a tweet with a photo thanking the attentions and some gifts that she and the staff received from the fans during their stay.
This was a moment that was seized by the Otakus on the famous Japanese forum “Otakomu”, as they started a long and heated discussion where they showed themselves quite worried and even outraged by the size of the actress’s breasts, as they thought her size had suffered a decrease in relation to the past.
The comments were quite varied, “Too skinny”, “. .why are they all so small”, some joking and others quite serious, with tones even quite aggressive that we will not put here, even a user came to joke with the topic, as in his logic the topic already had some history, as he commented that several seiyuus who joined the voice cast of Love Live!, for some mysterious reason their breasts were nerfed in real life “It’s true that you lose your breasts when you join Liella!”, he commented.
We have no doubt that for the Otakus these topics are quite serious and worrisome, to the point of having to open a heated discussion, but that shows us once again how strange and surreal is the world of entertainment in Japan, as well as the peculiarities of its fans, without a doubt one more anecdote for the long history of strange things that the country of the rising sun gives us to western fans.
