“Oshi no Ko” is currently one of the most popular anime adaptations on the internet. Since before the premiere of its first episode, expectations were sky high to see a new work of Aka Akasaka (Kaguya-Sama) in action. And boy, did they deliver, as it was a complete success for the studio in charge of animating the series, “Doga Kobo“. Of course, its opening theme, “Idol” starring YOASOBI is truly a spectacular song, being one of the pillars.
The variety that refreshes us in “Oshi no Ko” is something recurrent, having a multitude of waifus with an effectively unique touch in each of their designs, as well as the right personality for all of them. And this time is no exception, as we will see the brilliant trio of extroverted idols known as Ruby Hoshino, Kana Arima and Mem-cho sharing new outfits in a beautiful illustration, based on a collaboration between the anime and the SEGA PLAZA franchise.
Oshi no Ko inspires new outfits for well-known idols!
The first outfit we are interested in commenting on is that of Kana Arima, who, in this artistic show, shows off to the spectator of “Oshi no Ko” with a peculiar outfit in which the pure white of her uncovered jacket seems to dominate. Something that probably catches our attention immediately are her cat ears and tail, which together with her blushing face and the action she performs with her hands, similar to scratching, give her a look reminding us of a very tender nekopara.
While in the case of our Mem-cho, the radiant waifu of “Oshi no Ko” who stands out for her explosive personality in the series, she decides to wear a more than casual outfit for the occasion, opting for the typical blue mini shorts, plus a shirt that seems to be somewhat transparent in certain areas, presenting a crop-top style that exposes part of her beautiful waist. Her appearance reminds us of a she-devil due to her cute little horns painted in a pink tone.
And finally, we consider that Ruby Hoshino is evidently the main wake of this beautiful illustration on “Oshi no Ko” with SEGA PLAZA, where we see a looser posture, which inspires freedom on the part of the character. With the position of her hands, she shows us some tender bunny ears that give a very sweet appearance to the protagonist’s sister, who, apparently, also wears a bra with a maid-like style that leaves her splendid body on display.
In retrospect, the illustrations that have been made for each of the waifus from “Oshi no Ko“, and members of the popular group “B Komachi” formed by Ruby Hoshino, Kana Arima and Mem-cho, are drawn with an enthusiasm more than notorious. The concepts of each design are very accurate, taking into account that they try to renew their original appearances in the anime adaptation in order to carry out the collaboration that takes us to new horizons.
On the other hand, the anime adaptation of “Oshi no Ko” made by the well-known studio “Doga Kobo” had a more than dreamed first season in terms of reception by the viewers. Definitely, this was a more than influential impact on the production of the work, as it is known in advance that the series will have a new season. Unfortunately, the details of its premiere are unknown, but it is good to have an official confirmation in this case.
