The light novel series Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai, better known as “Oreimo” began its serialization in 2008, two years later would come its anime adaptation and with this was added one more romance story, where at the beginning the protagonist Kyosuke Kosaka, a 17-year-old boy, seems to have a complicated relationship with his sister Kirino, as they have not had a good communication for years, but an unexpected event will make them talk to each other again, starting a peculiar relationship.
Kuroneko of Oreimo route concludes
The story of comedy and harem explores a unique romance between brothers that for some was interesting and inspiring, as in the case of the author of Days with my Stepsister, if you want to know what he had to say about Oreimo, we leave you the following note. But taking back that this situation is not something that alarms Japan and knowing that for the author Tsukasa Fushimi, this topic is one of the most explored in his works, Oreimo had a good reception, as it has 17 volumes in total.
Within this drama, in addition to Kirino, the sister, two other girls who will be the main characters in this love affair, Ruri Goko and Ayase Aragaki, who will do everything possible to capture the attention and love of Kyosuke. This undoubtedly, as in other anime, results in forming groups of three and debating, which girl is better and why. So called teams are formed to support each of the waifus.
Knowing a little of what the stories are about, it was to be expected what would be the end, or at least the favorite girl in the story. Of the 17 volumes of Oreimo, 12 of these correspond to the main story and the remaining 5 to alternate routes where we can see different endings with each of the girls. These were significant for the fans of each one, as this allowed them, and in some way canon, to be recognized as a possible ending.
The alternate routes had their own manga adaptation, like Ayase’s, but this time we are going to talk about the route of Ruri Goko, better known as Kuroneko, a cute girl who dresses as a gothic l0lita inspired by her favorite anime character, and who for many has been worthy of the affection of the fans, so much so that they want to see an ending where she can be happy with the one she loves.
For this, the manga Kuroneko If makes possible the desire of Oreimo’s fans, as it offers a change in the facts so that she finally stays by Kyosuke’s side. Released in July 2021 and edited by Airi Mori, it began to be published in the popular Monthly Shonen Ace magazine, part of the Kadokawa publishing house. And in the recent March issue, it has been made known that last Friday, Kuroneko’s story came to an end with its last chapter.
Well, concluding with 4 volumes in total, this route says goodbye with a good ending, or at least, not northern. Let’s remember that he is also the author of Eromanga Sensei. Finally, the release date of this last volume is set for next February 26. Tell us if you liked Kuroneko’s route or which girl is your favorite from Oreimo.
