One Piece new cast for live action season 2

One Piece is one of the most popular and beloved stories in the otaku community. This popularity increased in 2023 with the release of its Live Action, which not only made fans of this franchise excited, but also attracted new audiences, who were hooked by the story and decided to give the anime a chance. As the Live Action was a great success, fans demanded a second season, which had been previously confirmed and today, we finally have news about this long awaited sequel.

Through its official account, Netflix Japan (@NetflixJP), shared a publication where we are introduced to three new cast members, who will play the roles of new characters for this continuation of the series. These actors are

  • David Dastmalchian to be Mr. 3
  • Camrus Johnson to be Mr. 5
  • Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine
  • Daniel Lasker as Mr.9

All these characters are part of the group of villains known as “Baroque Works“, who will face Luffy’s crew known as “The Straw Hats“. The official Netflix account did not give more details such as a specific release date, they only communicated that we could find available on the platform the second season soon, so we will have to be attentive to news from Netflix or the official account of One Piece. Faced with this announcement, fans of the franchise immediately expressed themselves in the comments.
