Along with this round of news, the publisher Ichijinsha announced that the compilation volume #12 of the manga “My Senpai Is Annoying” (Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi) is scheduled to be released in bookstores and stores in Japan on May 25 this year. Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi, also known as My Senpai Is Annoying in the West, is a comedy manga that is written and illustrated by Shiromanta. The work began its publication in the digital magazine “Comic POOL” of Ichijinsha Publishing House since March 2018. Thanks to the good reception of the public, in the month of July 2020, the publisher Ichijinsha announced that the manga My Senpai Is Annoying would have an anime adaptation.
Last October 10, 2021, the manga My Senpai Is Annoying would premiere its respective anime adaptation, which was composed of a season of 12 episodes in total. The animation studio Doga Kobo was in charge of the production of the series, under the direction of Ryouta Itou.
