The final fanbook better known as the Ultra Analysis Final Guide came loaded with details, updates and curiosities that expand the manga’s epilogue. If you felt that you were missing answers in the last chapters, here are 10 secrets and revelations that the fanbook confirmed.
My Hero Academia: Deku became Japan’s No. 4 hero
After all that happened, Izuku Midoriya managed to climb to the top of Japanese heroism. Although many My Hero Academia fans expected to see him in the number one spot, the fanbook reveals that he currently ranks fourth among the country’s most powerful heroes. Still, his evolution is incredible considering where he started from: no Don, no confidence and dreaming of being like All Might.
Eri had her happy ending as a musical artist
One of the cutest moments of the final extra episode of My Hero Academia was seeing Eri, now a teenager, visiting the AU. Her intention was to see Deku to invite him to her first concert, but she doesn’t find him. Still, we know that Eri has been working hard to fulfill her dream of becoming a musician. After all she went through, seeing her happy and dedicated to something she loves is one of the most heartwarming things in the finale.
All Might became the assistant principal of the UA school.
Yes, the peace symbol of My Hero Academia did not shy away from training new heroes. Toshinori Yagi, now without his power, but full of experience, occupies the position of vice principal at UA High School. It is a perfect closure to his story: he continues to inspire the new generation, but from a more reflective and formative role.

Shinso became a Professional Hero
Hitoshi Shinso, aka Nighthide, finally achieved what seemed impossible: overcoming prejudice for his Brainwashing Gift and becoming a professional hero. He joined UA Class 2-A and continues to be inspired by Aizawa, his mentor. His story is one of the most inspiring in the manga.
The United States has a new No. 1 hero
After the death of Star and Stripe (Cathleen Bate) in a heroic act, the My Hero Academia fanbook confirms that USA has a new number 1, although her identity was not revealed. At least we know that there is someone filling the place left by one of the most powerful and beloved heroines by the fans.
Ochako keeps sending money to her family
Although she is now a professional heroine, Uraraka does not forget her roots. From the beginning, her motivation was to help her parents, who had a small and unsuccessful construction company. The fanbook confirms that she continues to support them financially, a nice touch that shows she hasn’t changed her essence.
Deku works as a teacher
In addition to being a hero, Deku now has a role as a teacher. Like All Might, he wants to leave a mark on the new generation of heroes. This also hints that the AU remains a pillar in the training of the world’s future protectors.
The real name of All For One has been revealed.
We finally know the name of the great villain of the story. His name is Zen Shigaraki, a detail that many fans have been waiting for years. “Zen” means ‘Everything,’ which makes sense for someone who accumulated Gifts without limit. He also connects to his brother Yoichi, the first bearer of the One For All.
Tomura Shigaraki’s original gift was different from the one we knew.
In the fanbook, Horikoshi reveals that Tenko’s (Shigaraki) first Quirk was not Decay, but a repulsion Gift that generated yellow circles and allowed him to float. This Quirk appears briefly during the Final War, and its existence suggests that its evolution to Decay came later, possibly powered or manipulated by All For One.
With these revelations, My Hero Academia brings to a close a story that accompanied us for more than a decade. Between epic fights, tears, moments of self-improvement and an unforgettable cast, the series left its mark on modern shonen. And although some endings were left more open than expected, such as the romance between Deku and Ochako, the fanbook feels like a farewell letter to the fans who followed the story from day one.
