Mushoku Tensei (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation) has been in this new season an anime that has brought us several surprises that undoubtedly has fans expectant in each new chapter, from cheerful and romantic moments, to shocking revelations for those who have not read the light novel. But something that upset at least one group of fans was that the NTR still exists in the story and this was seen in the last episode of the anime, which has been the subject of debate because of this particular situation.
Mushoku Tensei upsets fans for NTR in last chapter
Undoubtedly a topic that has always been in debate among fans of any anime is when the NTR is present in the plot, and this is just what happened in the last chapter of Mushoku Tensei. As many will know, Rudeus and Elinalise go on a trip to a remote territory to meet Paul, who seems to have found himself in big trouble on his journey to find his wife, so these two characters come to his aid.
However, it must be remembered that Elinalise has a curse that affects her day to day life, since due to this she has to perform the “delicious” very regularly, otherwise she may come to cause her end unless she is completely satisfied in this aspect. That is why she regularly looks for men to keep this curse to the limit, or at least that was until she met Cliff Grimoire, because so far he was the only one with whom she had a stable relationship.
But all this controversy arose with the last chapter of Mushoku Tensei, since Rudeus and Elinalise can be seen camping together in the open. When suddenly Elinalise comes out of the tent to “hunt men” giving a hint of what was coming, in order to keep the curse that afflicts her at bay, by the fact that being away from Cliff and not wanting to use Rudeus, she looks for a random person to have sex.
This was what made Mushoku Tensei fans upset saying that Elinalise was doing NTR to Cliff and generated a series of negative comments about this event, since it even happens after the couple promised to get married in the future. But also other fans remarked the importance that Cliff understands in a certain way Elinalise’s curse and that she wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t to stay alive, so they let this particular situation pass. In the end it will depend on the point of view of each fan, but the love that this couple has is not in doubt and even more knowing what is coming in the future.
