This special collaboration between the company Mega House and the anime Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete will consist in the production of a figure of Utena Hiiragi/Magia Baiser, which will have small dimensions that will allow you to have the product in the palm of your hands. According to the information presented on the official website of the Japanese company Mega House, this figure of Magia Baiser is scheduled to be released for sale in Japan during the month of March 2025. In addition, it was specified that this product will be available at a price of 8,800 yen.
Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete, also known as Gushing Over Magical Girls in the West, is a comedy and mahou shoujo manga that is written and illustrated by “Akihiro Ononaka”. The work began its publication in “Storia Dash” service of “Takeshobo” publishing house since March 2019 and currently, the manga is still in publication and has been collected by “Takeshobo” publishing house in 11 volumes.
Thanks to the good reception of the public towards Akihiro Ononaka’s manga, in the month of March 2023, the production of an anime series adaptation for Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete was announced.
On January 3 of this year, the manga “Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete” premiered its respective anime adaptation which consisted of a total of 13 episodes. The animation studio Asahi Production was in charge of the production of the series.
In October, the production of a second season of the anime “Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete” was announced. However, a possible premiere date was not specified.
The anime Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete has the following description: The story of the series introduces us to Hiiragi Utena, a young girl who has always harbored a deep admiration for magical girls and longed to become a heroine who fights against the forces of evil.
