Although it ended with its most recent season a few days ago, KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!) is still making waves on the networks, as fans continue to create all kinds of content, and even more now that they have new characters thanks to this season. One of these was the adorable Iris, who had a role as Kazuma’s “little sister”, although they were not really family, and now it became true that they are a couple, thanks to a user of the networks, who created an illustration where both have their happy ending.

Undoubtedly Konosuba! was one of the most important anime that had this spring season 2024, and although it ended a few days ago, it is still trending in the networks, especially by fans, who continue to create content based on the situations that happened in the series itself. During this season we saw the appearance of Iris, the princess of the Kingdom of Belzerg, who had a nice “family” relationship with the protagonist of Konosuba!, Kazuma, but for obvious age reasons, it only remained that he was her “older brother”.
But apparently this was not enough for a fan, who sought to take the relationship even further, anticipating a future where Iris is already a full-fledged woman, who has married Kazuma, something that pleasantly surprised the followers of this series, but that would not be all. And on the shoulders of the protagonist of Konosuba! is a little girl, which is very similar to the same Iris, so it would suggest that it would be the daughter of both, suggesting that in this future they have managed to have their happy ending.
As expected, the fans of Konosuba! quickly echoed this image, which gave rise to different points of view, first of all those who totally loved how Kazuma and Iris ended up together once the story ended, even with a daughter that shows their love. But on the other side we found several people who did not like the image, for the simple fact that many thought that those who really should have the place as Kazuma’s wife were either Megumin or Darkness, which have more development with the protagonist.
Konosuba! is one of the most representative comedy anime of the last years, since it presents a story full of hilarious situations, as well as characters that became iconic thanks to their personality. In this story we meet Kazuma Satou, who after losing his life is transported to a fantasy world. Here he is blessed with the option of choosing anything to start his new life in this universe, but the choice he makes surprises the goddess of water Aqua, who would be in charge of reviving him, and our protagonist chooses her.
Having no other choice but to fulfill her wish, Aqua is forcibly dragged to accompany Kazuma, in a story where we will see them survive in this fantasy world, while meeting new friends like Darkness or Megumin, forming a very special group. But they are not recognized by their abilities, but by the way they interact with each other. Now they will have to fulfill missions of all kinds, not only to become adventurers, but also to earn money and survive.
