Yuuki Asuna and Kirigaya Kazuto (better known as “Kirito“), are the main characters of Sword Art Online, a story where the viewer is transported to a world full of diverse characters, which the community loves. This variety has inspired many derivative products, as is the case of this recent double figure where they portray these two iconic characters within the work, in this case with the design of their most recent movie.
Sword Art Online releases an incredible figure of Asuna and Kirito
Fans of the popular Sword Art Online franchise have been amazed, as a new double figure has gone on sale, being that there are several aspects by which you can get to highlight these products, one of them that the protagonists will be the most beloved duo of the series: Yuuki Asuna and Kirigaya Kazuto. In addition, the great quality of the product can be seen in how the modeling respects the appearance of both, this accompanied by the materials used, some of the best on the market.
The design of the protagonists is based on Sword Art Online Progressive and both are depicted in an attack pose, sporting their characteristic initial outfits. Asuna, with her sword drawn, and Kirito, with his iconic trench coat. The base of the figures appears to be debris from a combat zone, and each features a peculiar slashing effect, possibly resulting from the impact of their handheld weapons.
The official date of the figures is in June of this year 2024 and the price of each one is $146 dollars, but if you wish to purchase both you can do it with a small discount, because if you select the option of Kirito + Asuna, both sculptures will cost $273 dollars instead of the $292 dollars that would cost you if you buy both figures separately. It should be noted that both are in “pre-order”, which according to the same page orzGK, refers to the fact that you can order before the official release date and make sure to receive it when it is available.
The two sculpts share a scale of 1/6, which means that each centimeter on the figure represents 6 centimeters on the official version of the character. In other words, these figures are one-sixth the actual size. According to the page, their height varies between 16 and 25 centimeters, which gives us a more accurate idea of their size.
Sword Art Online: Progressive is a series of light novels that expand the original story, which unlike the main story, is focused on exploring the upper levels of the tower of Aincrad and the relationship of Kirito and Asuna. As of today it has two movies adapting the novels with the names SAO Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night and SAO Progressive: Scherzo of Deep Night, both currently available through the Crunchyroll streaming platform.
