Kakegurui, besides being a popular anime, also has many fans who were fascinated by the plot and character design. For this reason, the cosplayer yingyingwwb has decided to bring to life the protagonist of the anime, Jabami Yumeko, with a personality that many will remember with a tendency to go crazy and on more than one occasion to “overexcite” with the bets.
Kakegurui’s Jabami Yumeko fascinates fans with her attractive appearance
Ying Ying delighted us with an excellent photo set that perfectly captures the essence of the character. Not only does it feature the characteristic “Mike” collar. Which, as you may recall, whoever wears it is the class mascot and loses his status as a person. The cosplayer also uses the same attractive uniform consisting of a red blazer with a dark hem on the lapels and cuffs, a black ribbon as a tie that perfectly adorns the neck of the schoolgirls, a plain white shirt and skirt with black plaid pattern.
Likewise, the cosplayer’s visual characterization of Jabami Yumeko from Kakegurui is amazing. The long and straight black hair with a straight fringe below the eyebrows already allows us to understand who she is. Together with the makeup that enlarges her eyes, the red contact lenses, the subtle blush that adorns her cheeks, the nude lips and the hand of cards she holds, she captivates us and transports us to the world of Kakegurui, a place where I’m sure more than one of us would like to meet.
Although the animation of the main story has ended, the fandom will continue to exist, not only thanks to the new installment, Twins, which is already available. But also thanks to the excellent work that cosplayers continue to do, bringing to life our favorite female characters of this series that fascinated more than one with its raw and gore story, accompanied by beautiful and attractive protagonists. No doubt we will continue to follow the new cosplays that Ying Ying makes, not only of our favorite anime, but of popular video games as well, that with its great personification and wonderful photographic quality, brings to reality the 2D characters that the otaku and gamer community likes so much.
Kakegurui was very well received by the fans, who were amazed by its plot, especially the waifus and their character when playing, as this gave the series its essence. It’s great to see that despite having concluded a few years ago, the series still continues to be the subject of amazing material, such as illustrations and cosplay. Hopefully as time goes by more and more people will join the Kakegurui community to continue enjoying the thrills that anime brings.
