Hajimete no Gal ecchi revealed the fascinating cover of volume 18

The renowned Japanese publisher “KADOKAWA” has surprised fans of Meguru Ueno‘s romantic comedy and ecchi manga “Hajimete no Gal” (My First Girlfriend Is a Gal) by unveiling the official cover of the compilation volume #18 of the work. The cover was presented on the official website of the publisher KADOKAWA and it was reported that this volume is scheduled to be released for sale in bookstores in Japan on March 26th of this year.

Something to note is that the cover illustration for volume #18 will feature the attractive Yukana Yame, the main female character in the story of the manga Hajimete no Gal. In addition, the cover shows Yame enjoying an excellent camping day, where the forest environment and the beauty of the waifu dazzle the fans.

Hajimete no Gal, also known as “My First Girlfriend Is a Gal” in the West, is a romantic comedy and ecchi genre manga written and illustrated by Meguru Ueno. The manga began its serialization in the * magazine of the Kadokawa publishing house in November 2015.

Something remarkable about this work is that in the year 2021 it was announced that the manga would reach its end. However, all this turned out to be a joke on the part of the author, since in reality, the supposed end referred to the arc in which the manga was at that time, and then continued with a new arc entitled “Daigakusei-hen” (University Arc), which began in its compilation volume #14.

Thanks to the good reception of the manga by the public, an anime series adaptation of Meguru Ueno’s “Hajimete no Gal” was announced in November 2016.

Said anime adaptation of the manga Hajimete no Gal premiered on television in Japan on July 12, 2017 and the series consisted of a total of 10 episodes and 1 OVA. It is worth noting that the animation studio NAZ was in charge of the production of the anime and director Hiroyuki Furukawa was in charge of its direction. The series is legally available on the Crunchyroll platform under the title “My First Girlfriend Is a Gal“.

Hajimete no Gal, an anime series that fuses comedy and romance, introduces us to the life of Junichi Hashiba, a young schoolboy whose self-confidence is challenged by his virgin status. After a practical joke from his friends, Junichi is prompted to ask out Yukana Yame, a popular and attractive girl at his school. Initially, Yukana rejects Junichi’s proposal, disgusted by his desperate tactics.

However, as the story progresses, the two characters develop an unexpected bond through comical situations and sarcastic comments. The series follows Junichi as he navigates the complexities of teenage love, trying to overcome his insecurities and contain his sexual urges, all while dealing with a school environment full of vibrant girls and chaotic, unpredictable situations.
