A few days ago, video game fans were finally able to enjoy the release of “Black Myth: Wukong”, a new action role-playing title developed by the independent Chinese studio called “Game Science”. A game that, from the moment it was presented to the public, caused a lot of hype for its artistic style but especially for its combat mechanics.
As well as for the fact that it showed very frenetic and technical confrontations that were quickly compared to the works of FromSoftware and that remind us of the pure style of a Soulslike and that thanks to this hooked the fans even more. This time the MOD community has surprised players with a new design that is now available for “Black Myth: Wukong”.
Now you can play as the mighty sayajin of earth thanks to this MOD for “Black Myth: Wukong”!
The community of PC gamers at “Nexus Mods” has shared a new mod that allows us gamers to have a new aesthetic change for the game and allows us to play as Son Goku from the very popular and important “Dragon Ball” franchise.
As we can see with this new “update” we are presented with Goku in his base form, dressed in the iconic orange martial arts suit and blue details, the staff with which the original game character “Wukong” is presented to us is kept in this MOD.
Obviously, as many know, “Black Myth: Wukong” is a game that is inspired by the ancient Chinese novel of the sixteenth century called “Journey to the West” which tells the journey of the monk Tang Sanzang to India to recover some sacred writings. This journey is accompanied by 3 beings, Bonzo Sha, a water sprite, Zhu Bajie a pig and “Sun Wukung” also known as the “monkey king”.
Both the novel and Sun Wukung served Akira Toriyama as inspiration to create his greatest work and one of the most important in world entertainment, which he called “Dragon Ball”. As well as the protagonist of the same, Son Goku, a sayajin who came to earth after his home planet was destroyed by the galactic emperor Freezer.
Undoubtedly a new and very creative mod that gives a special touch to the game, since it allows us to play as Goku a character that as we mentioned above is clearly inspired by Wukung, thus in this way, merged “Dragon Ball”, a work that thanks to it, several of us met “Journey to the West” with “Black Myth: Wukong”.
A game that portrays through fascinating and very visual combats her own vision of this ancient novel, just as Akira Toriyama did more than 30 years ago in the past with “Dragon Ball”.
