After the multiple announcements made during the Nintendo Direct, now a very popular harem and action anime decided to launch its own video game on Nintendo consoles. In recent hours the official announcement was made by various web media and through the official account of Red Art Games that the video game “Goblin Slayer Another Adventurer: Nightmare Feast” is ready for release, which will be given on October 25 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch console.
Goblin Slayer will come in different Nintendo versions
The Goblin Slayer video game is a strategic RPG that was developed by Apollosoft Games, Red Art Games and will be published exclusively in digital version through the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch, as well as through three digital versions: the Standard, Deluxe and finally the Collector’s Edition, being that the last one the number will be limited to only 2000 units and the Deluxe edition 500 around North America and Europe. Although some reservations can already be made through the different stores that sell these products, as well as the official Red Art Games store.
The company will release the Apollosoft-developed strategy RPG Goblin Slayer Another Adventurer: Nightmare Feast for Nintendo Switch both physically and digitally on October 25 in North America and Europe. A PC patch was also released, so it will be on sale on the same date only digitally via Steam, though only in its Japanese version, with the odds of an English dub yet to be confirmed.
The Deluxe Editions of the game will be 500 copies, which will include a copy, an exclusive sleeve with an alternative cover, a sticker sheet and a CD with the original soundtracks of Goblin Slayer, its price will be €49.99 euros, will only be available for sale on the official website of Red Art Games.
The Collector’s Edition of the video game for Nintendo Switch and PC will have even more surprises inside, as it will include: the same copy (1000 for North America and 1000 for Europe) the famous “Steelcase” or metal cover for the game, a double-view acrylic figure (the character and its measurements are not yet revealed), a double-view poster and the same sheet of exclusive stickers. It will cost €69.99 euros.
Goblin Slayer has become an almost cult anime for its excellent content, its excellent animations and of course what can not miss: its great waifus that come to stay, Another Adventurer: Nightmare Feast will be the first video game of the franchise to be released, thus introducing our hero to a new world, besides already being positioned in the written work and in that of the animation that was in charge in 2018 by White Fox (Akame ga kill, Steins; Gate) and recently in 2023 by LINDENFILMS studios.
It is noteworthy that the creators and developers of the video game had no measure at the time of making it, because, they worked very closely with the creators of the series and it was reviewed by the original creator of Demon Slayer, Kumo Kagyu. This is why every last detail of the environment is impressive, the main character designs were made by Noboru Kannatsuki who also worked on the original series, as well as working with original seiyuus, so every penny invested will be truly worth it in this great adaptation of the series.
