In the official media for the anime adaptation of the Goblin Slayer light novel, the official cover art for the second Blu-Ray/DVD volume of the second season of the series has been unveiled. The cover illustration for this volume was created by Noboru Kannatsuki, the illustrator of the original light novel, and will feature the characters “Elf Archer“, “Cow Girl” and “Guild Girl“.

In the section focused on the Blu-Ray/DVD of the second season of the Goblin Slayer anime, detailed information has been provided about the upcoming release of this package in Japan. According to this report, the volume will be released for sale in Japan next on February 28, 2024. This package will cover episodes 5 to 8 of the new installment of the series.
In addition, it was specified that the Blu-Ray version will be available at a price of 14,300 yen, while the DVD version will be sold at 12,100 yen.
The second season of “Goblin Slayer” premiered on television in Japan on October 6 and is being legally simulcast on the Crunchyroll platform. This new installment will consist of a total of 12 episodes, which will be later distributed in 3 volumes in both Blu-Ray and DVD format for fans to enjoy.
The production team involved is as follows: Takaharu Ozaki has been appointed as the chief director for the second season of the anime. Misato Takada will lead the production of this installment. The animation studio in charge will be Liden Films. In addition, Hideyuki Kurata will be in charge of compositing, while Hiromi Kato will contribute her talent in character design. To complete the creative team, Kenichiro Suehiro will be in charge of composing the soundtrack for this long-awaited second season of the anime.
