Go-Toubun no Hanayome or The Quintessential Quintuplets has become popular worldwide thanks to its anime, manga and movies and in anticipation of the new project of its creator Negi Haruba, a new collection of products of the Nakano sisters has been announced entitled “Summer dream” which will be released at the end of this May and will include collectible products of: Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba and Itsuki, ideal for the fandom of the sisters who conquered and continue to conquer the hearts of anime fans.
Summer Dream, a collection that reminds us of the vacations by the hand of Go-Toubun no Hanayome
As usual for the fans of Go-Toubun no Hanayome, some batch of products of their favorite waifus had to be released this year, called Summer Dream, which will be a very special collection for the fandom of the five sisters where they are very happy sharing moments at the beach. And is that these products are very similar to how they revealed them in the 2 special episodes released in mid-July 2023 when we could see the attributes that the Nakano quintuplets hid behind the uniforms, especially Miku and Nino who gained a great fandom thanks to this pair of OVA’s.
The next Go-Toubun no Hanayome products will be on sale for a limited time, specifically in a period from May 31 to June 13, 2024 at AKIHABARA Gamers stores and Gamers Namba store, with the expectation that in the future web stores will sell these products. These will be: the “poster matte” with A3 measures that will bring together the 5 Nakano sisters and a hanging tapestry of individual B2 measure of each sister, an acrylic stand, bag, acrylic saucer, among other surprises available, being that its price was not announced, but for each ¥2000 will be delivered a bonus product.
“The Quintessenial Quintuplets” or “Go-Toubun no Hanayome” is the story of Fuutarou Uesegi, a somewhat antisocial and low-income student who is studying high school, one day he meets Yotsuba Nakano in the school cafeteria, with whom he strikes up a conversation that is not very friendly for the fourth of the five sisters. Subsequently, he gets into a relationship with Itsuki Nakano, the fifth of the sisters with whom he has an argument, however, when he discovers that he has been hired by the girls’ father, Maruo, to be the tutor of the five he tries to apologize at all costs to initiate a good student-tutor relationship, in doing so he meets the rest of the Nakano sisters.
After many complications with the five, because they are not very bright students and also have nothing in common with him, they end up sharing wonderful moments, to the point that they all fall in love with the boy they once despised. The rivalry is not long in coming and they all compete for the heart of the intellectual Fuutarou in their own way, a battle of sisters, plot changes in characters and above all a lot of romance which is accompanied by comedy in one of the stories that has managed to get more fans within the anime.
The anime of Go-Toubun no Hanayome, had two seasons, the first being in charge of Tezuka Productions in 2019, the second was in charge of the publisher Bibury Animation Studios in 2021. These also animated the Go-Toubun no Hanayome movie released in 2022 which was called, “The Quintessenial Quintuplets Movie”, the special episodes of 2023 were animated by Shaft Studios, the same studios that have animated “March comes in like a lion” “Fate/Extra Last Encore”, “Nisekoi”, “Madoka Magica” “Lights in the Sky” and “REC”.
