In recent times, several users on Twitter, as well as other platforms, have taken to sharing impressive realistic or “Live-Action” versions of the anime industry’s most beloved waifus. Given the immense popularity of “Go-Toubun no Hanayome” (The Quintessential Quintuplets), it is not surprising that people have focused on quintuplets to create these types of reinterpretations and in this post, we will focus on one of these recreations that has captured the attention of the otaku public.
Go-Toubun no Hanayome: Nino Nakano Dazzles with Live-Action Version
In an incredible show of love for the second Nakano sister of “Go-Toubun no Hanayome”, Nino Nakano, the X platform user known as “KazukiWaifus”, has presented an impressive illustration showing this quintuplet in a version that some consider “real life”. The illustration stands out for adapting Nino’s features to a 3D version, both in his appearance and in his attributes, which are very well achieved.
In addition, another detail to highlight is the clothing with which Nino Nakano of “Go-Toubun no Hanayome” has been dressed this time, which seems to be a Chinese dress for its style and the floral drawings that presents in some parts of the attire. This causes otakus to be more than amazed by this dazzling version of Nino, who has changed his hair ties for one with a design that fits his outfit.
This is not the first time that X-platform user “KazukiWaifus” has surprised his followers with an illustration of this style. On other occasions, we have mentioned how he has posted various illustrations inspired by popular waifus from the anime industry, where the “realistic” style makes a huge presence in them.
“Go-Toubun no Hanayome”, also known as “The Quintessential Quintuplets” in the West, is a manga/anime series that chronicles the life of Fuutarou Uesugi, a high school student whose existence is marked by economic hardship and a loneliness brought on by his aloof personality. His daily routine takes an unexpected turn when a conflict with a new student, Itsuki Nakano, over the “right” to a seat in the school canteen triggers a wave of mutual dislike.
Things get even more complicated when Fuutarou is presented with an opportunity to pay off family debts through a job as a private tutor that offers a salary five times higher than average. However, he discovers that his student is none other than Itsuki, the same girl with whom he had previously quarreled.
But the surprise doesn’t end there. Itsuki turns out to be one of the Nakano quintuplets. Now, in addition to Itsuki, Fuutarou must also tutor her sisters: Miku, Yotsuba, Nino and Ichika. Despite the fact that these girls face the real risk of failing their studies, they show no interest in having a tutor.
Facing these challenges with determination, Fuutarou is determined to overcome the quintuplets’ resistance to their studies, and successfully lead them to graduation, not only for the financial well-being of his family, but also for the personal satisfaction of fulfilling his mission as a tutor.
