Many fans had been waiting for the premiere of The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love you (Hyakkano) because of how hilarious and absurd it becomes as the story progresses and the day of the premiere arrived and it seems that the studio in charge of producing this anime met the expectations of the public very well, since many are appreciating the way it was animated and the quality with which it was worked, which despite being a manga adaptation has its unique touches that make it become a jewel of the season.
Due to the premiere of this anime adaptation, fans, as in most cases, have felt the need to compare Hyakkano with other anime that have been previously released to see what could have been improved or what was missing and this time it was the turn of the anime Kanojo mo Kanojo, which curiously is also currently being broadcast with its second season and because of this the fans had the need to make this comparison because they focus on the same theme.
Starting with the similarities, Kanojo mo Kanojo and Hyakkano are basically about the same thing, guys who were fortunate enough to have several girls become interested in them as the story progresses and become their girlfriends, and both protagonists will seek to please them in any way they can so that they can all be happy in the relationship and despite how it sounds like they are basically creating a harem, the two protagonists of their own series treat the girls with all the love they can offer.
Now as for the differences, it could be said that The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love You has a better quality in the animation, which has become a very important point that was noticed at first glance and as for what fans argue in social networks is that Hyakkano is much more entertaining than Kanojo mo Kanojo, because until a certain point in the story Kanokano becomes quite tedious and even create very peculiar situations to create fanservice, but this also happens in Hyakkano, however, there are enough absurd situations and girlfriends have a unique personality that makes the series entertaining.
Even fans have taken the trouble to create memes and post them on social networks to create controversy between the two fandoms that have come out to defend their franchises, but there are several who take it with humor despite the claims of the fans of these series, which is what should be done, since at the end of the day they are basically the same despite having some changes.
There are people who seek to take advantage of certain situations on every occasion to create conflict between fans of some series, however, we must remember that we must always respect the tastes of others without trying to influence them, in the end we are the same community that tries to enjoy as much as possible of their favorite anime.
