Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot revealed details of its next DLC, based on the popular Dragon Ball Daima anime series. The action RPG developed by Japanese studio CyberConnect2 will divide its content into 2 periods, the first will arrive in summer 2025, while the second part is scheduled for early next year. The name of the DLC will be Daima: Adventure Through the Demon Realm Pack, and players can pre-order the pack at digital stores for a price of $39.99 dollars.

At the end of last year, Bandai Namco surprised us with the news of a new DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, which will contain content from one of the most popular anime of the season: Dragon Ball Daima. We will not have to wait long for the release of the first part, since the release window is confirmed for this summer.
Little is known about the content, but as the name suggests, we will have the new characters introduced in the anime, such as Glorio, Shin or Panzi, not to mention that we will be able to enjoy a gameplay with Goku mini. In addition, there will be additional objects and weapons that will help you during the adventure, such as the famous Sacred Staff, or the new healing bugs.
We will also be able to visit the new Demon World maps that we saw in the series. At the moment it has not been confirmed whether the new DLCs can be purchased separately, but what we are sure of is that they will maintain the same quality as the base game and the tons of added content they have had to date.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot was released 5 years ago, and since then it has not stopped adding content that refers to iconic moments of the anime, such as the classic Martial Arts Tournament, or the arc of Trunks‘ future, as well as lots of new playable characters, positioning itself as one of the best games that have been released about the acclaimed franchise. The release of the DLC will coincide with the end of Dragon Ball Daima, so we can expect it to include a good part of its story, or even all of it.
Without going into spoilers, the anime tells a canonical story about how Goku, Vegeta and their friends were turned into miniature versions by a demon, this in order to weaken them, while kidnapping one of their friends. The Z Warriors must join forces and enter the Demon Kingdom to put an end to the evil that threatens them and return to their original size. As is customary for the saga, the battles are action-packed with impressive and well-crafted animation, as well as thrilling moments that have kept fans and the internet talking about Daima for weeks.
