Through a press release, REMOW confirmed that the anime adaptation of the light novel Your Forma will premiere next April 2025. But that’s not all, as the first promotional video and a promotional image were released, showing the protagonist duo of this exciting series in action.
YOUR FORMA anime to premiere in April 2025
With a duration of one minute and five seconds, the video shows us Echika’s great abilities and his peculiar behavior, which stands out for being slightly tsundere, as well as his artificial companion, Harold, a machine that has the peculiarity of expressing feelings. Additionally, the trailer has English subtitles, which highlights the vision of the REMOW company to expand the anime globally.
On the other hand, we can see that the promotional image highlights Harold (left) and Echika (right) from behind, highlighting at all times the great bond that unites them in their mission to uncover mysteries related to all kinds of crimes.
Main cast of Your Forma
The famous seiyuu Kana Hanazawa is in charge of voicing the main character Echika Hieda, although she has previously had the opportunity to voice the character in a promotional video for the light novel and has expressed that she is very excited to see the series on air.
On the other hand, Kensho Ono will be voicing Harold W. Lucraft, a humanoid named ‘Amicus‘ who behaves even more human-like than many humans. He is Echika’s companion, who tends to keep people at a distance.

Who hasn’t wished they could read someone’s mind? As Echika and Harold investigate cases through ‘Densaku’, they will confront these desires, confronting both each other and themselves. Can humans and machines connect on a deeper emotional level? For the anime adaptation, we decided to focus on the ‘black box’ that holds the key to Harold’s mysterious way of thinking as an Amicus robot, starting the story from Volume 2 of the original series. From the cybernetic perspectives of the Your Forma devices to the intense sequences of Densaku as they track down criminals, there’s a lot to look forward to – don’t miss it!
Synopsis of YOUR FORMA:
In 1992, a pandemic of viral encephalitis shook the world, and the medical technology that saved humanity gave way to the creation of “Your Forma,” an invasive device implanted in the brain that stores information. In this new world, where every sight, sound and emotion is recorded, investigating serious crimes involves immersing oneself in the collective data, a job exclusively for the special detectives known as “Electronic Investigators.”
Echika Hieda, a prodigious “Electronic Investigator” who was assigned at a surprisingly young age, lives in isolation due to her exceptional talent. Her new partner is Harold, a humanoid “Amicus” with blond hair and blue eyes. Together, this unique duo will unravel every hidden mystery.
Without a doubt, we can say that we are quite excited about this new mystery anime that combines cyberpunk elements and whose light novel has already won awards. For now it’s time to wait for more information about the series to be revealed.
