The highly anticipated Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle (Kimetsu no Yaiba) arc has its fandom excited as it finally announces its release date in Japan on March 1. To celebrate this key moment in the franchise, a special full-day event will be held featuring live streams, interactive challenges and exclusive content for fans.
Demon Slayer is excited to reveal the long-awaited release date of Infinity Castle this March 1st.
The “Corps Reunion Event” will be the epicenter of the celebrations, with a series of activities for the Demon Slayer fan community. Highlights of the day’s events include:
- Opening ceremony: Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro), Akari Kito (Nezuko), Hiro Shimono (Zenitsu) and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Inosuke), who will kick off the day’s festivities.
- Mini Demon Slayer Parade in Ikebukuro: A live event with mini Corps members, which will be partially streamed online.
- Training Challenge – Wanko Soba Special: Hiro Shimono (Zenitsu) and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Inosuke) will test their endurance in a food challenge. Fans will be able to participate in a live event.
- Rank Advancement Test: A Demon Slayer knowledge test in which all participants will receive exclusive gifts.
- Anime Broadcast Event: Voice actors will select iconic episodes from the series for a special free broadcast.
The most anticipated moment of the event will be at 7:00 p.m., when the release date of Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle will be officially announced. This announcement will feature the presence of several of the main voice actors, among which we have:
- Natsuki Hanae As Tanjiro Kamado.
- Takahiro Sakurai As Giyu Tomioka.
- Kengo Kawanishi As Muichiro Tokito.
- Saori Hayami As Shinobu Kocho.
- Kana Hanazawa As Mitsuri Kanroji.

In addition, the special broadcast “Demon Slayer TV – THE WORLD” will be held, where all the latest news of the franchise will be summarized. To close the event, an exclusive preview of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Chronicles 2 video game, to be released in 2025, will be presented.
The seasons of the anime have followed an impressive journey since the release of Season 1 in 2019, where we witnessed the introduction of the story, which featured a total of 26 episodes. Subsequently, we saw the release of the movie “Mugen Train” in 2020, which was the franchise’s first major cinematic success.
Then came Season 2, which included the re-release of “Mugen Train” and the “Entertainment District Arc”. In 2023 we witnessed Season Three, which adapted the Blacksmith Village Arc and finally in 2024 we saw Season Four which covered the “Hashira Training Arc” in preparation for the final battle.
The Infinity Castle Arc will mark the culmination of the story, and will be adapted into a trilogy of films, with the first installment scheduled for 2025. Meanwhile, the fifth Demon Slayer drama will be released in April this year in Japan.
Demon Slayer has captivated millions of people around the world thanks to its emotional story, endearing characters and exceptional animation quality. The series immerses us in a world full of action, sacrifice and the constant struggle between good and evil, conveying messages of perseverance and hope. Each new arc brings us closer to the denouement of this epic story, and the “Infinity Castle Arc” promises to be one of the most shocking moments of the franchise.
