This new bonus material features an alternate story, also known as IF (What If), which details the events following the events of Akane, the main character of this series, when she is taken to the hospital, in this approach, it seeks to give a new emotional perspective on her story, allowing fans to explore moments that are not developed in the main series.

The two agree to keep their marriage a secret, warning each other of the consequences of revealing their situation: “If you tell the rest of the class that we’re married, I’ll kill you, and I don’t want them to know either. There’s no benefit from it.”
However, life as newlyweds proves far from easy, as they are in constant fights and arguments, and despite initial tensions, as time passes and they share their daily lives, they gradually begin to grow closer. Saito discovers an adorable side of Akane that he had never noticed before, while Akane, for her part, begins to recognize the feelings that had always been hidden inside her, a story that mixes comedy, romance and touching moments, showing how two people with a conflicted relationship can learn to understand each other and grow together.
