To begin with, we are in front of the costume that Toga uses during the commented moment, in which he wears gadgets that complement his powers, and subtle details that enhance the quality of it, such as the characteristic blush present in his twisted expression. As for the size of the figure, according to the same page, it has an approximate size of 22 centimeters. As we mentioned at the moment these can only be obtained as a special lottery prize, being the prize of highest consideration and will be delivered as the last ticket purchased in some of the available stores.
