The two-part compilation film of the popular anime adaptation of the manga “Bocchi the Rock!” is getting closer and closer to being screened in theaters in Japan.
That’s why to commemorate the upcoming release of its first part in Japan’s box offices, the official media of the TV anime has presented an incredible visual image that stars the radiant Ikuyo Kita, the vocalist and also guitarist of the band “Kessoku Band“. In Kita’s visual we can see how the character’s passion and effort has been portrayed in a masterful way to the delight of fans.

Recall that the compilation film of the anime series “Bocchi the Rock!” is scheduled for release later this year. The first part will be shown in theaters in Japan during the spring season (April – June), while the second part will be shown during the summer season (July – September). So far, the exact release date for the Bocchi the Rock! compilation film is unknown.
The manga Bocchi the Rock! began its publication in the magazine Manga Time Kirara, which belongs to the Houbunsha publishing house since December 2017 and has 6 compilation volumes released at present. The work written and illustrated by Aki Hamaji was well received by readers, getting the publisher Houbunsha to announce in early 2021 an anime adaptation for the manga.
The anime adaptation of the manga “Bocchi the Rock!” premiered on television in Japan on October 8, 2022, consisting of a total of 12 episodes. This series was produced by the renowned CloverWorks animation studio and was legally simulcast in America through the Crunchyroll platform.
It should be noted that the anime series based on the manga Bocchi the Rock! enjoyed enormous popularity not only within Japan, but also in various territories around the world. In multiple votes and awards, the series managed to win several awards such as “Anime of the Season” or “Anime of the Year”, among other categories in which it was nominated.

Despite the obstacles and difficulties they face, the girls support each other and find the strength to overcome their insecurities as they pursue their dream of playing live.
