The official media for the anime adaptation of the romantic comedy and harem manga “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You“(Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo) has unveiled to the public the official cover and back cover of the third Blu-Ray compilation volume of the series.
The cover illustration for this volume will feature the charming Shizuka Yoshimoto, a character who has won the hearts of fans of “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love You” anime for her shy personality and adorable design. This cover illustration shows Shizuka trying to give a kiss to the viewer, who have been fascinated to have the opportunity to see Shizuka’ s vulnerable side in the image.

According to the information provided on the official website of the anime “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You”, the third Blu-Ray volume of the series is scheduled to be released in Japan on May 29th of this year and will contain episodes 5 – 6 of the series. Additionally, it was also specified that this volume will be available at a price of 7,700 yen and will include as a benefit tickets to a special event.
The anime adaptation of the manga “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love You” began airing on television in Japan on October 8, 2023 and consisted of a total of 12 episodes. The animation studio Bibury Animation Studio, recognized for its work in the second season of the anime “The Quintessential Quintuplets“, was in charge of its production and it was legally simulcast through the Crunchyroll platform.
The people involved in the production of the series are as follows: Hikaru Sato, who previously worked on the anime “Dropkick on My Devil!“, will direct. Takashi Aoshima, known for his contribution to the anime “Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!“, will be in charge of the series’ composition, while Ayane Kano, known for her work on the anime “Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki“, will be in charge of character design. The music will be a collaboration between Shuhei Mutsuki, Shunsuke Takizawa and eba, composing for the Lantis record label.

“The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You” tells the story of Rentarou Aijou, a young man who has experienced numerous love disappointments. Exhausted from this situation, it seems that fortune smiles on him for the first time when he comes across a curious shrine that caught his attention.
After performing a prayer at a shrine, the god of the place grants him an amazing opportunity: to meet a hundred soul mates at his high school. Although skeptical at first, Rentarou soon discovers the truth of the god’s words when two girls, Hakari Hanazono and Karane Inda, confess their love to him the same day they meet him.
However, the god omits a crucial catch: if either of his soul mates fails to establish a relationship with him, she will face death. Now, with the fate of his one hundred soul mates in his hands, Rentarou decides to accept the challenge and date them all.
