Atsumi Tanezaki is a Japanese voice actress (seiyuu) born on September 27, 1989 in Oita Prefecture, Japan, which is why being in Japan already on that day, she is celebrating her birthday. Frieren is an elf mage who was part of a group of heroes who defeated the Demon King, along with the hero Himmel, the warrior Eisen and the priest Heiter.
The plot follows Frieren as she journeys across the world, 50 years after Himmel’s death, as she faces new challenges and reflects on life, death, time and the meaning of human connections.
